Amirah Developments has officially appointed Shine Square Building Contracting LLC as the main contractor for its first residential project, Bonds Avenue Residences, located in the scenic Dubai Islands.
The agreement was signed in June 2025 between Mr. Muhammad Yousuf Jafrani (Founder & Chairman of Amirah Developments) and Mr. Chirag Pati Gupta (Managing Director of Shine Square). This marks a key milestone for the project, which has already attracted attention from investors and end-users alike.
